Man it is hard not to have high expectations for this FB team this year when you look at the depth chart. See link for the Ourlads depth chart. Now this will certainly change and injuries effect everything, but I forget how much experience have on this team.

QB play was blaa last year, so we have a 4-star transfer who has been in the system a year and got to practice as the man in the Spring then spent all Summer cleaning things up and getting stronger. Oline was not good last year, but we have 4 transfers that are projected to start, basically an entirely new Oline but a new oline of guys with a lot of experience. Our WRs should be better considering Horton and Stovall. Aiken is an all-conference honoree at TE and he has barely played. Our RBs who contributed are back and they add Morrow to the mix. Then you get into defense. Jack is back, as is Blackburn, but then you add King in there as another very good Safety. CBs last year struggled, but Floyd is back (he was a freshman) and we have like 4 transfers including Hector, all with experience and Greeley was the top JUCO transfer in the state of CA. LBs are back and there is a ton of experience there. Patchan and McBride are gone on the dline but Onyechi who started 8 games last year for Rutgers in the BIG10 is here. And there is some young talent behind the starters. And now we have a Special Teams coach which should fix the screw ups there that cost us about a TD per game last year (multiple in some).
I dunno, I don't want to get my hopes up too much since we have been so bad, but it seems like there are a lot of pieces there to shock a lot of people this year and have an exceptional season. The upgrade in pure speed and athleticism should be apparent on day 1. I have been saying for a while that teams with a ton of experience and a great QB win a ton of games. These guys don't have experience together but they have a ton overall. If Millen is as special as this coaching staff thinks he is, could be an exciting season.
Let's shock the world and beat Michigan! That would put this team on the map in a hurry
