Wyo should win more due to Scheme/Coach consistency, vs new Ram HC

So this is a good tuff Q that s/b easy to answer ... if it weren't for Bohls having so many xfers out (indicating player discontent), and his team's overall let-down last season before xfers began popping up. Do Pokes have a clear #1 QB yet?

So it's anybody's guess right now.
