We all know from the video of the first meeting in Boulder that the coach told the team to get into the portal because he was bringing in his own, and that he feels the players he will bring in are better than the existing players in the room. No evaluation, no competition, no getting to know the kids.

That is a very different than discussing a players role on a team after having time to evaluate where the player stands compared to others.

Yes, each coach has their types and their wants. Each coach gets to create their roster.

Norvell seems to have an approach that makes sense on a human level. Prime treated his inherited team with no regard.

Put what sanders did in any other setting and defend it…. I don’t think we can. But somehow sanders in great because college football is a business and cu needed to be cleaned out?!

Odd world we live in.
