He sucks and football failure is 100% his and he never owns it. Has more excuses then when my daughter was 10. He's terrible and whoever re-upped him is worse. Until some idiot in admin makes Athletic contracts all performance based like sales I can't send a dime to CSU. My job is based on performance, his should be also not re-ups and buyouts for shit. Football is what matters and should be 80% of his comp plan. The rest is just crap and I could care less if we have a better record in anything else because it's paid for by football. I was a tennis player which they cut at CSU my freshman year it happens who cares, doesn't bring in revenue. So any sports that don't pay for themselves shouldn't matter it's a business now we need an AD who acts like it is opposed to all this student athlete experience crap. It's college if you can't have a good experience in D-1 athletics quit. Do school only or go get a real job working construction or waiting tables.
