yes there were a few students....but mostly grown ass adult males in their 30s doing all the schtick and all the other things McAfee's show does.

I honestly think most younger students don't know who Pat McAfee was as a player or is now....they just knew that Coach Sanders and The Rock were going to be there.

CU is like OREGON or USC or "plug any other big school name in" now - 75% of their fan base never went to the school but they support the program as fans and buy tickets, clothing, etc, etc. Boulder/cu is now a national BRAND and they've literally hit the mega millions with adding a BRAND that doesn't coach.....he just talks and motivates thru social media (run by his other kids). It is absolutely amazing (good or bad) that he can plug and play this "template" at ANY college program and have the same effect.

just crazy, it's in our back yard now and in our face every second from a local news standpoint and now nationally. insane.

CSU's next hire as a "head coach" could be ANY old actor/player/internet sensation and just hire football people to coach the program behind the curtain of the circus in front that we all see. Hire Snoop Dogg for christ sake and see what happens. LMGDFAO!!!! Hire Adam Sandler or Will Ferrell! Keanu Reeves! 2 UTAH!!! 2!!!!!

just imagine....just imagine....when Saban retires, and Sanders is courted by Alabama - he will be gone in a second! $40 to $50m/year he'd be worth.

Even if Napier doesn't last in Gainesville....imagine Sanders going back to his home state to coach there? Don't think he would because he's a Seminole? That will be interesting to see/watch as well.

2027....he leaves Boulder - i still don't think they win a National Championship.

just hoping CSU could make a "semi splash" hire or trying to get Urban Meyer or Lane Kiffin back in FtC? i know...ugggggh????!!!!!! but what other alternative would CSU have to be relevant - all be it in a G5 conference or broken down/patched together Pac12.

my point....the little kid's table for the Holidays is still in the corner, and the CSU RAMS are there once again looking up at the spread as they try to ask for more gravy with the dry turkey.
